Equestrian Statue By Dorothy Lee Richardson

you are right, young men,
he has reared above you too long
on his pedestal
blasting your summers.
#
now the time has come
to rip off his disguise.
#
That's right,
Push up his helmet,
Make us look into
the cold compassion-less sockets,
the blind eyes.

The Tree No One Visits Vs. The Horse No One Rides

So I did. I climbed one afternoon
up that steep, rockyhill,
Stopping to rest and admire a wildflower
And the view of the lake
In the valley down below.
.
I would have liked a goat for company,
A black-and-white one with a bell
to go ahead, graze awhile and break
The quiet as he resumes his ascent
to where a tree stands dark and silent.
.
Waiting all these years for someone,
To sit in its shade at ease with himself,
Even wind that's always thinking up
little games for its leaves to play,
In no hurry now to disturb the peace.

Wisdom Or Hui Poetry

Synonyms include: sagacity, discernment, or insight.

Wisdom (disambiguation) : Wisdom is a form of knowledge.  It may also refer to: Religion, Media, Literature, Places…Wi can be replaced by We, Way, Wei, or Micro, Mini, Tiny, Small…

Synonyms:
1.  sense, understanding. 2.  sapience, erudition, enlightenment.   3: wise or witty actions or thoughts
Antonyms:
1.  stupidity. 2.  ignorance.

A Poem On Wisdom or Hui

How beautifully it sings
as tumultuous snow storm kills,
When slippery pathway's heart hardens,
Hostile winter winds blow on hills.
.
It tells the important story
via silent soap operas,
Spirits rise in glory
through countless stars that congregate.
.
Will the wise Williams' wishes win?
Gold is Jin- something prideful to have,
Gin is the synonyms of Jin, referring to today
or now, a momentary too fickle to withhold for long...

Helen, My Sister My Friend For Good...(Humor and Short Fiction Prompts)

© Cyndi Moore

Sister, we've been there through life's sorrow and pain
But together we have always endured the strain
We've argued and bickered and made each other mad
But if you weren't my sister, life would be so sad
We've cried till we laughed and laughed till we cried
Sometimes for no reason we didn't even know why
When we're not together our bond is just as strong
Because we are sisters we know when something is wrong
We've whispered our deepest secrets only sisters could share
I love my sister dearly because she really cares
So whether we are together or we are far apart
Helen, you're my sister, my friend and forever in my heart.
